According to the instructions, put the olives in a bottle of water and a half liters and put in coarse salt. Half a cup of coffee. I added a little sour water & two tablespoons of oil. We pierce the cap with a pushpin to let the air go & the bottle is not deformed by the air pressure, & then we remove the perforated caps & for five days we place normal caps. Store in a dark cool place & open after three months. Then they will have clarified & we manage them as explained in the video above.
