Motivated by this publication:https://sofeto.gr/?p=249 I made sweet cherry with stevia in the bread maker choosing the jam or marmelade or confiture & putting all the ingredients together from scratch (slightly increasing the dose of agar-agar) to thicken better, (because there is no sugar to help in thickening of the syrup). In the same way you can make in the breadmaker sweet with sugar,rebuilding the stevia with sugar in proportion, a cup of sugar per half a kilo of cherries cleaned from the pit. (Agar-agar does not need, sugar is coagulating). Baking in the bakery is mild and does not sow the cherries. We have better results than boiling in the pot.
