ΤΣΟΥΡΕΚΙΑ ΖΥΜΩΜΕΝΑ ΣΤΟΝ ΑΡΤΟΠΑΡΑΣΚΕΥΑΣΤΗ (BUNS DOUGH IN THE BAKERMACHINE)

Ακολουθώντας ακριβώς τη δοσολογία που αναφέρεται εδώ: https://www.argiro.gr/recipe/tsourekia/ έφτιαξα εξαιρετικά τσουρέκια με μόνη διαφορά πως έβαλα στον αρτοπαρασκευαστή & επέλεξα το πρόγραμμα ζύμωμα και φούσκωμα. Η δόση δίνει τρία μέτρια τσουρέκια.

Exactly following the dosage mentioned here: https://www.argiro.gr/recipe/tsourekia/ I made excellent buns with the only difference being that I put them in the bakery & I checked the
kneading and puffing program. The dose gives three medium buns.
