ΚΑΣΕΡΟΠΙΤΑΚΙΑ ΣΕ ΡΟΔΕΛΕΣ (CHEESE LITTLE PIES IN WASHERS)

Επηρεασμένη από το video αυτό: https://gefsieleftherias.blogspot.com/2009/10/blog-post_25.html  αλλά χωρίς να το ακολουθήσω πιστά έφτιαξα αυτά τα πιτάκια με γέμιση ψιλοκομμένη γαλοπούλα , κασέρι & ανθότυρο. Αφού τα έκοψα σε ροδέλες τα άλειψα με αυγό, τα πασπάλισα με σουσάμι 7 τα έψησα σε μέτριο φούρνο.

Influenced by this video: https://gefsieleftherias.blogspot.com/2009/10/blog-post_25.html but without following it faithfully I made these pies stuffed with chopped turkey, cheese & cream cheese. After I cut them into slices, spread them with egg, sprinkled them with sesame 7 and baked them in a medium oven.
