ΣΤΡΙΦΤΑ ΠΙΤΑΚΙΑ ΜΕ ΚΟΛΟΚΥΘΑ (ROLLING PUMKIN PIES)
These individual dips were made as follows: First, the dough was made of 2 cups of flour, 3/4 of water 1 tablespoon of oil, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tsp. of the sweet bakin sweater, half a dozen. of sweet salt. we do all these with a dough that we open it with the rolling pin on three large sheets. For the filling there is no exact proportion, it is a mixture of yellow pumpkin grated in the moulti, grated feta & anthotyro & two eggs. We divide the filling into three ounces, grease each sheet & turn it into a roll. Each card gives us five pies. Baking half an hour in a moderate oven.
