ΟΔΗΓΙΕΣ ΓΙΑ ΣΤΕΦΑΝΙ ΠΡΩΤΟΜΑΓΙΑΣ (INSTRUCTIONS FOR MAY DAY WREATH)

Κάθε πρωτομαγιά φτιάχνωντας το στεφάνι, εκτος από τα παιδικά πρωτομαγιάτικα τραγούδια, θυμάμαι τη γιαγιά στο αλφαβητάριο της Α' Δημοτικού τη γιαγιά να φτιάχνει το στεφάνι της Πρωτομαγιάς μαζί με τα εγγόνια της έκοβε αποβραδύς τα λουλούδια από τον κήπο της τα έβαζε σε ένα βάζο με νερό και πρωΐ-πρωΐ  φτιάχνανε το στεφάνι. Πρώτα ετοιμάζουμε από μαλακό ξύλο ή μια βάση από στρογγυλό σίδερο που κάπου βρήκα  και άρχισα τυλίγω τα λουλούδια με σπάγκο σκεπάζωντας το ένα με το άλλο διαδοχικά. Επειδή λόγω του εφετεινού παρατεταμένου χειμώνα οι αναρριχώμενες τριανταφυλλιές δεν ανθίσαν ακόμη, πρώτα περιέλεξα κλαριά κισσού γύρω από στεφάνι και ακολούθως τα λουλούδια, γιατί δεν είχα πολλά τρισντάφυλλα και μερικά από βολβούς. Αν έχετε μυγκέ , βάλτε τα κι αυτά για άρωμα είναι το αγαπημένο λουλούδι των Γάλλων για την Πρωτομαγιά. Και κάτι ελληνικό: Σε μια άκρη κι ενα σκόρδο για το κακό μάτι!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you have a mug, put these for perfume, it is the favorite flower of the French for May Day. And something Greek: On one side and a garlic for the evil eye !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
