STOLLEN, ΓΕΡΜΑΝΙΚΟ Χ ΡΙΣΤΟΥΓΕΝΝΙΑΤΙΚΟ ΨΩΜΙ (STOLLEN, GERMAN CHRISTMAS BREAD)

Για να γνωρίσουμε και τις παραδόσεις και άλλων χωρών: Στόλλεν το γλυό γερμανικό χριστουγεννιάτικο ψωμί. Ακολούθησα τις  κατά βάσιν τις οδηγίες εδώ:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dGESFge_Coc  έκανα τη μισή δόση με τη διαφορά πως ζύμωσα τη ζύμη στον αρτοπαρασκευαστή.
