Ακολουθώντας τις οδηγίες της Pellumbesha Lumi έφτιαξα αυτό το αλμυρό κέίκ.
Υλικά:
200γρ. αλεύρι που φουσκώνει μόνο του, ½ κεσεδάκι γιαούρτι, 100ml. ελαιόλαδο, 3 αυγά, 200γρ. φέτα σε κυβάκια, 1 κ.γ. ρίγανη, 1 κ.σ. δυόσμο ξερό, αλάτι, πιπέρι .
Materials: 200gr. self-raising flour, ½ cup of yogurt, 100ml. olive oil, 3 eggs, 200gr. diced feta, 1 tbsp. oregano, 1 tbsp. dry mint, salt, pepper.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Lightly grease and flour the pastry mold.
Mix the feta and 1 tbsp. flour. Stir.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs. Put the flour in another pan and add the eggs, beat with the mixer or loudly with a whisk.
Add the olive oil to a thread while beating constantly and then add the yogurt, spices, oregano and mint and continue beating. Add the feta and mix with a spoon.
Pour the mixture into the pastry tin and bake for about 45 minutes.
Unmold after our cake has cooled enough.
