Προτίμησα αντί να την φτιάξω σε στρογγυλό ταψί να τυλίξω κάθε φύλλο ξεχωριστά σε μπαστούνια χοντρά διότι θα ήταν έτσι πιο εύκολο να κοπεί σε κομμάτια & να μεταφερθεί. ετοίμασα πρώτα τη γέμιση & κατόπιν ζύμωσα τη ζύμη για τα φύλλα στον αρτοπαρασκευαστή. Instead of making it in a round pan, I preferred to wrap each sheet separately in thick sticks because it would be easier to cut into pieces & transfer. First I prepared the filling and then fermenting the dough leaves the breadmaker. Pie the engraved before baking.
