Την εξαιρετική αυτή ρυζόπιτα την έφτιαξε η φίλη μου Βάσω Καφφέ ως εξής
Πρώτα βράζουμε το ρύζι με λίγη βανίλλια και προσθέτουμε λίγη ζάχαρη. Περιμένουμε να κρυώσει. Έπειτα στρώνουμε τρία φύλλα κρούστες με τριμμένο καρύδι και κανέλλα & ζάχαρη ενδιάμεσα. Κάνουμε το ρύζι ένα ρολό και τυλίγουμε τα φύλλα σε κύλινδρο Χαράζουμε φέτες, τοποθετούμε σε ταψί και ψήνουμε.
This excellent rice cake was made by my friend Vasso Kaffe as follows
First we boil the rice with a little vanilla and add a little sugar. We wait for it to cool. Then we layer three sheets of crusts with grated walnut and cinnamon & sugar in between. Make the rice a roll and roll the leaves into a cylinder. Cut into slices, place in a baking tray and bake.
