This apple pie is from the German recipe of Dr Oatker & it is not very sweet. For this reason I also replaced the sugar with 30 grams of stevia & 2 tablespoons of honey. I also baked it in an elongated form for similar slices to be cut.
For a form that comes out the bottom 26ara or even 28ara
750 grams of apples, I put 8 apples I do not know how many
125 grams of butter, at room temperature
100 grams of sugar
1 vanilla
A pinch of salt
3 medium eggs
200 grams of flour for all uses
2 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
To spread 2 tablespoons apricot or peach jam and 1 tablespoon water, just mix

Butter the form and add a little flour Chop the apples and add a little lemon juice so that they do not turn black Beat the butter with the mixer until it becomes like cream. Add sugar, vanilla alternately, and beat to bind nicely. Add the eggs one by one and beat on high speed for half a minute each. Add the flour, baking powder and milk alternately, beating on medium speed. Spread the mixture in the form and spread the apples on top. Bake it in a preheated oven at 160 with air or at 180 up and down for about 40 minutes. Watch it with a knife to come out dry.
