Σήμερα μεγάλη γιορτή της Ορθοδοξίας της Αγίας μεγαλομάρτυρος Κυριακής σκέφτηκα να διαμορφώσω μια μικρή εικόνα στη μνήμη της.Βρίσκοντας μια παλιά φθαρμένη μεταλλική εικονίτσα την ψέκασα κατ΄αρχάς με ένα ανοιχτόχρωμο spray για να καλύψω ότι προϋπήρχε & μετά έκανα decoupage με εικόνα της Αγίας που τύπωσα σε κατάλληλες διαστάσεις. Με χρυσά μεταλλικά χρώματα της Cadence ενοποίησα την εικόνα στο φόντο & συμπλήρωσα με κουκκίδες από conture (relief). Ένα στρώμα λούστρου γυαλιστερό προστατεύει την εργασία.
Today a great celebration of Orthodoxy of the Holy Grand Master on Kiriaki I thought to make a small picture in her memory.
Finding an old worn metal icon spray the spray first with a light spray to cover that pre-existed & then I made a decoupage with a picture of the Saint I printed in appropriate dimensions. With Cadence gold metallic colors I integrated the image in the background & I filled in with dots of conture (relief). A polished gloss layer protects the work.
