ΕΙΚΟΝΑ ΑΓΙΑΣ ΑΝΝΑΣ ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΚΥΡΙΑΚΗ ΤΗΣ ΟΡΘΟΔΟΞΙΑΣ (IMAGE OF SAINT ANNA FOR FEAST OF ORTHODOX)

Σήμερα Κυριακή της Ορθοδοξίας, η Εκκλησία μας γιορτάζει την αναστήλωση των εικόνων. Σύμφωνα μα το τυπικό της Εκκλησίας όσες εικόνες ακολουθούν την περιφορά γύρω από τους ναούς αγιάζονται & μπορούν να έχουν μια θέση στο εικονοστάσι του σπιτιού.
 Προσπάθησα να φτιάξω κι εγώ μια εικόνα με την τεχνική του decoupage την οποία περιέφερα γύρω από το ναό για να αγιασθεί. 

• Ένα απλό μακρόστενο  κομμάτι ξύλου το ψέκασα εμπρός -πίσω με σκούρο spray.
• Μετά τύπωσα σε απλό χαρτί την ανωτέρω εικόνα προσαρμόζοντας την στο μέγεθος του ξύλινου κομματιού 
• Αν χρειασθεί επιμηκύνετε την εικόνα.( Στις βυζαντινές εικόνες η επιμήκυνση δεν αλλοιώνει την εντύπωση).
• Έκοψα την εικόνα χωρίς περιθώριο.
• Την ψέκασα με spay για δημιουργία φίλτρου σε εικόνα τυπωμένη σε απλό εκτυπωτή.
• Άλειψα το ξύλο & την ανάποδη της εικόνας με κόλα decoupage.
• Κόλλησα την εικόνα στο ξύλο προσεκτικά πιέζοντας με τη βοήθεια σφουγγαριού από το κέντρο προς τα έξω χωρίς να μείνουν κενά.
• Μετά το στέγνωμα εφαρμογή κρακελέ των δύο συστατικών.
• Κατόπιν ένα πέρασμα με bitumen για να φανούν οι μικρές ρωγμές.
• Στα περιθώρια με τη χρήση mixion επικολλήθηκαν κομματάκια χαλκόχρωμου ψευδόχρυσου . 
• Τόνισα την κορνίζα & το φωτοστέφανο των Αγίων με χρυσά cotnture(relief) σε κουκκίδες.
• Τέλος ένα στρώμα σατινέ λούστρου νεφτιού σταθεροποιεί την εργασία. 

Today Sunday of Orthodoxy, our Church celebrates the restoration of images. It indicates the typical images of the Church many follow the procession around the temples and sanctified can have a place in the icon screen of the house.

I tried to do myself a picture with the technique of decoupage which 

carry around the temple to be sanctified.

• • A simple square piece of wood sprays back and forth with dark spray.
  • After I printed on plain paper the above picture by adjusting the size of the piece adding a wooden frame. 
  • If necessary prolong the picture. (In Byzantine icons elongation does not alter the impression).
  • I cut the image without margins.
  • Spraying with spray for creating a filter to an image printed on plain printer.
  • Apply the wood and the back of the image with glue decoupage. (Do not wet).
  • Stuck image in wood carefully pressing using sponge from the center to the outside without left blank.
  • After drying crackeled application of the two components.
  • Then a coat of bitumen to look small cracks.
  • In the margins using mixion pasted pieces bronze ormolu.
  • I stressed the frame and the halo of the Saints golden cotnture (relief) in dots.
  • Finally I placed in the margin of the picture (since I covered the same paper for protection) a minimum cristal gel with the spatula and sprinkle immediately with gold glass flakes to stick and give a shine to the frame.
