ΠΑΤΑΤΕΣ & ΚΟΛΟΚΥΘΑΚΙΑ ΣΕ ΣΧΗΜΑ ΣΠΙΡΑΛ (POTATOES & POTATOES & ZUCCHINI SHAPED SPIRAL)

Ακολουθώντας τις οδηγίες αυτού του video: https://www.facebook.com/foodgasmic.bar/videos/353334615574847/ έκοψα πατάτες & κολοκυθάκια σε σχήμα σπιράλ σπρώχνοντας ένα καλαμάκι για σουβλάκι. Τα έψησα στο φούρνο με προσθήκη τσιγαρισμένου κρεμμυδιού & πιπεριά Το σπιράλ σχήμα τα βοηθά να ψηθούν πιο γρήγορα. Στην πατάτα δεν αφαιρώ το καλαμάκι γιατί είναι πιο σκληρή & θα χάσι το σχήμα της. Το αφαιρώ μετά το ψήσιμο.

I baked them in the oven with the addition of deep fried onion & pepper The spiral shape helps them cook faster. I do not remove the straw in the potato because it is tougher and will lose its shape. Remove it after baking.
