ΕΝΑ ΒΟΤΑΝΟ ΓΙΑ ΦΑΡΜΑΚΕΥΤΙΚΗ ΧΡΗΣΗ (A HERB FOR PHARMACEUTICAL USE)

Από αυτό το αγκάθι που φυτρώνει στις ξερές πλαγιές των βουνών η μητέρα μου & η θεία μου έφτιαχναν ένα γιατροσόφι. Όταν οι καρποί του ξεραίνονταν μάζευαν τους σπόρους, είναι χρώματος βυσσινί  μοιάζουν  με μικρά φασόλια. Τους στέγνωναν, τους στουμπούσαν σε γουδί & τους ανακάτευαν με μέλι. Αν κάποιος έπασχε από αιμορροΐδες λάμβανε κάθε πρωί ένα κουταλάκι απ’ αυτό το μείγμα έβλεπε μεγάλη βελτίωση. Οι σπόροι όταν στουμπιστούν έχουν μια χαρακτηριστική μυρωδιά & κάποιος πάσχων από την ανωτέρω ασθένεια όλες οι φαρμακευτικές αλοιφές για την περίπτωση έχουν την ίδια μυρωδιά. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας.

DECOUPAGE ΣΕ ΜΠΟΥΚΑΛΙ ΑΠΕΥΘΕΊΑΣ (DECOUPAGE DIRECTLY IN BOTTLE)

Με εικόνες σκισμένες από χαρτοπετσέτα έκανα decoupage σε επιφάνεια μπουκαλιού χωρίς καμιά άλλη προετοιμασία για να διατηρηθεί η ελαφρά διαφάνεια των εικόνων.

Ύστερα χρησιμοποίησα contour (relief)τόνισα τις εικόνες σαν να χρησιμοποιούσα πέννα. Τέλος με γραμμές contour (relief) σβησμένες αμέσως με σφουγγάρι έσβησα τα όρια της εικόνας.

 With images torn of paper napkin i did decoupage on thesurface of a bottle without any preparation to maintain the transparency of the image slightly.

Then I used contour (relief) emphasized the images like using pen. Finally with hotlines contour (relief) switched off immediately with sponge erased the boundaries of the image.

ΑΝΑΝΕΩΣΗ ΜΙΑΣ ΠΑΛΙΑΣ ΚΡΕΜΑΣΤΡΑΣ (RENEWING OF AN OLD COAT HNGER)

Μια παλιά κρεμάστρα που βρήκα σκέφτηκα να την ανανεώσω & να τη χρησιμοποιήσω.

Ψέκασα σε όλη την επιφάνειά της spray πράσινο του κυπαρισσιού & κόκκινο & ελαφρά λευκό. Κατόπιν έκανα decoupage με εικόνες ελιάς σκισμένες από χαρτοπετσέτα ανάμεσα στους γάντζους & τέλος ένα στρώμα spray λούστρου διάφανο γυαλιστερό.

An old coat hanger that I found thought to renew and to use it.

Spray across its surface spray of cypress green & red & white light. Then I decoupage with pictures torn from olives of paper napkin between the hooks and finally a layer of clear gloss spray lacquer.

Πρώτα έδεσα γύρω απ' το βάζο λαστιχάκια,  σχοινιά & σπάγκους. Μετά το ψέκασα με ανοιχτόχρωμο spray. Μόλις στέγνωσε ψέκασα με κόλα σε spray & πασπάλισα με διάφορες χρυσόσκονες. Αφαίρεσα τα σχοινιά & τα λαστιχάκια, έδεσα στο λαιμό του βάζου μια κορδέλα , ανάβουμε το ρεσώ στο εσωτερικό του & το φως φαίνεται μέσα από τις ρίγες που έχουν δημιουργηθεί.

Σήμερα Δεκαπενταύγουστος, η γιορτή της κοίμησης της Θεοτόκου, η μεγαλύτερη γιορτή της Ορθοδοξίας μέσα στο καλοκαίρι. Από τα παιδικά μου χρόνια είναι χαραγμένη στη σκέψη μου σαν μια εξαιρετική ημέρα. Τη γιορτάζαμε πάντοτε με μεγάλη ευλάβεια ,όπως & φέτος απ όπου είναι οι σχετικές εικόνες στο χωριό μου κρανιά Ασπροποτάμου (στολισμένο από τις γυναίκες του χωριού με τα λουλούδια απ’ τις αυλές τους), χθες με την περιφορά του επιταφίου της Παναγίας κατά την διάρκεια του εσπερινού & σήμερα με την οικογένεια μου & τις φίλες μου.  

Επίσης ανέσυρα από κάποιο παλιό άλμπουμ μια φωτογραφία από τον Δεκαπενταύγουστο του 1964, ακριβώς πενήντα χρόνια πριν!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (είμαι η κοπέλα που ακουμπά στο βράχο).

Τότε γιορτάζαμε την κοίμηση της Θεοτόκου στο μοναστήρι του Τιμίου Σταυρού.

ΠΙΑΤΟ ΜΕ ΠΟΡΤΟΚΑΛΙΑ ΑΝΘΗ (PLATE WITH ORANGE FLOWERS)

Αυτό το πιάτο τοίχου το έχω ζωγραφίσει πριν τριάντα τρία χρόνια!!

Σε ένα απλό πήλινο πιάτο μετέφερα την εικόνα με καρμπόν (τα ίχνη σε μαύρο γραμμικό σχέδιο) & κατόπιν με ακρυλικά χρώματα σε τόνους του πορτοκαλί & του πράσινου χρωμάτισα τα άνθη & τα φύλλα .Ένα στρώμα άχρωμου spray το προστατεύει απ τη φθορά.

In a simple clay dish conveyed the image with carbon paper (traces of black line drawing) and then with acrylic colors in shades of orange and green Colored flowers & leaves .An layer colorless spray protects it from damage.

CUPCAKES & ΤΗΓΑΝΙΤΕΣ ΓΙΑ ΤΟ ΑΠΟΓΕΥΜΑΤΙΝΟ ΤΗΣ ΚΡΑΝΙΑΣ ( CUPCAKES &PANCAKES FOR MY FESTIVAL OF MY VILLAGE KRANIA)

Αυτά τα νηστίσιμα cup cake & τις τηγανίτες ετοίμασα για την απογευματινή συνεστίαση  γυναικών του συλλόγου του χωριού μου Κρανιά Ασπροποτάμου χτες απ όπου είναι & οι σχετικές φωτογραφίες.

Η συνταγή των cup cake είναι εδώ:

ΥΛΙΚΑ
1 1/2 φλ. τσαγιού αλεύρι που φουσκώνει μόνο του

1 πρέζα αλάτι
3/4 φλ. τσαγιού ζάχαρη
1 φλ. τσαγκού φρεσκοστιμμένο χυμό πορτοκάλι
1/3 φλ. τσαγιού σπορέλαιο ή μαργαρίνη
Ξύσμα από ένα μεγάλο πορτοκάλι
1 κ. σούπας γλυκό κρασί ή κάποιο λικέρ
1 βανίλια

ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ

Σε ένα μεγάλο μπολ ρίχνουμε το κοσκινισμένο αλεύρι, τη σόδα το αλάτι,

και τα ανακατεύουμε με ένα κουτάλι, ρίχνουμε ανακατεύοντας το ξύσμα τη ζάχαρη, τη βανίλια & τα υγρά υλικά. Για τα σοκολατένια cup cake αντικαθιστούμε ένα μέρος του αλευριού με κακάο. Τοποθετούμε το μείγμα σε φορμάκια από σιλικόνη& το ψήνουμε σε φούρνο 170 βαθμών για 25 λεπτά. Μπορούμε να προσθέσουμε πριν το ψήσιμο τρίμματα σοκολάτας ή μετά το ψήσιμο διακοσμούμε με λιωμένη σοκολάτα λευκή ή σκούρα. (Το σχήμα καρδιάς οφείλεται στα μόνα φορμάκια που διέθετα!)

These fasting cup cake & pancakes prepared for an afternoon gathering of the club women of my village Dogwood Aspropotamos yesterday from where & related images.

MATERIALS 
1 1/2 cups. tea raising flour alone 
1 pinch of salt 
3/4 cup. tea sugar 
1 cup. Chang-squeezed orange juice 
1/3 cup. tea seed oil or margarine 
Zest of one large orange 

1 tbsp. Dessert wine or a liqueur 

1 vanilla
PERFORMANCE
In a large bowl add the sifted flour, baking soda, salt,

and mix with a spoon, add the zest and stir in sugar, vanilla and liquid materials. For chocolate cup cake replace part of the flour with cocoa. Place the mixture into ramekins of silicone & bake in oven 170 degrees for 25 minutes. We can add before baking chocolate shavings or after baking decorate with melted white or dark chocolate. (The heart shape is due to only leotards that I had!)
