ΤΡΥΚ ΓΙΑ ΤΑ ΡΑΓΙΣΜΕΝΑ ΑΥΓΑ (TRICK FOR CRACKED EGGS)

Τώρα που τα πασχαλινά αυγά τα βάφουμε με μπογιές κρύου νερού όταν βράζουμε τ' αυγά  (πριν τη βαφή)μπορεί να μας ραγίσουν μερικά. Μην τα ξεφλουδίσετε & τα αφήσετε στην άκρη. Χτυπήστε τα πάνω στο τραπέζι να ραγίσουν σε πολλά σημεία & μετά βουτήξτε τα λίγο σε μια οικολογική βαφή ή καλύτερα βράστε τα ακόμη λίγο μαζί με φλούδες κρεμμυδιών.

Αφού κρυώσουν τα ξεφλουδίζετε & έχετε όπως κι εγώ αυτό το εξαιρετικό αποτέλεσμα.

Ιδανικά να στολίσουν μια πασχαλινή σαλάτα.

Now that Easter eggs paint with paint of cold water when we boil the eggs (before painting) can crack us some. Do not peel and leave them aside. Hit up the table to crack in several places and then dip them in a little ecological dyeing or better cook even a little with peel onions.

ΔΙΑΚΟΣΜΗΣΗ ΑΔΕΙΩΝ ΑΥΓΩΝ & ΤΡΥΚ ΓΙΑ ΤΟ ΣΤΕΓΝΩΜΑ ΤΟΥΣ (DECORATION OF EGGS & TRICKS FOR THEIR DRYING)

Χρησιμοποιώντας κελύφη αυγών που τα έχω ήδη αδειάσει από το περιεχόμενο τους όπως περιγράφεται εδώ: http://lila365idees.blogspot.gr/2015/03/draining-of-eggs.html  τα μεταμόρφωσα ως εξής:

• Πρώτα ένα στρώμα granitex τα βοηθά να σκληρύνουν & να διατηρηθούν για πάντα. Το granitex λειτουργεί σαν κρακελέ ενός συστατικού & το μισό άνω μέρος των αυγών καλυμμένο με ακρυλικό λευκό χρώμα τοποθετημένο με σφουγγάρι αμέσως αποκτά ρωγμές.
• Το κάτω μέρος βάφτηκε με μελάνι νερού κόκκινο.
•  Ακολούθησε decoupage με λωρίδα  εικόνας σκισμένη από χαρτοπετσέτα.
• Τέλος ένα στρώμα λούστρου νερού σταθεροποιεί την εργασία.
• Τα αυγά στεγνώνονται όπως βλέπετε εδώ πάνω σε τέσσερις καρφίτσες καρφωμένες πάνω σε ένα κομμάτι φελιζόλ. ( Το ίδιο ισχύει & για τα βρασμένα αυγά).

Using egg shells that have been emptied of their contents as described here: http://lila365idees.blogspot.gr/2015/03/draining-of-eggs.html transformed them as follows:

• First a layer granitex helps to harden and be maintained forever. The granitex crackeled functions as of a component and the upper half of the eggs covered with acrylic white sponge disposed immediately acquires cracks.
• The bottom stained with red ink water.
• Follow with decoupage image strip torn from paper towel.
• Finally a layer of lacquer water stabilizes work.
• The eggs are dried as you can see here on four pins stuck into on a piece Styrofoam. (The same applies and for cooked eggs).

Φτιάχνοντας μαγνητάκια με πασχαλινές vintage εικόνες ή μαγνητάκια με ατομικές εικόνες διαμορφωμένες με το πρόγραμμα όπως εξηγείται εδώ: http://lila365idees.blogspot.gr/2015/04/configuration-photo-with-easter-items.html. Τα μαγνητάκια τα επεξεργάστηκα με conture(relief) & glitter.
Κατόπιν στόλισα πασχαλινές λαμπάδες με τα μαγνητάκια συνδυασμένα με δαντέλες & κορδέλες.

Βλέποντας αυτό το video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eF69sLJkWa8 σκέφτηκα να διακοσμήσω αυγά κενά από το περιεχόμενό τους μ' αυτόν τον τρόπο.

Αφού άδειασα τ' αυγά όπως περιγράφεται εδώ: http://lila365idees.blogspot.gr/2015/03/draining-of-eggs.html  ,τα σκλήρυνα με ένα στρώμα granitex ταμπονάρησα  με μελάνια νερού χρησιμοποιώντας σφουγγαράκι κουζίνας που το κρατούσα με ένα μανταλάκι.  Μετά το στέγνωμα χρειάστηκε ένα στρώμα λούστρου νερού & τα αυγά θα διατηρηθούν για πάντα.

After having emptied the eggs as described here: http://lila365idees.blogspot.gr/2015/03/draining-of-eggs.html ,hardened with a layer granitex put them with water inks using kitchen sponge that hold it with a clothespin. After drying had a layer of glaze water & eggs will keep forever.

ΜΥΔΙΑ ΜΕ ΜΑΝΕΣΤΡΑ (MUSSELS WITH ORZO PASTA)

'Ένα απλό αλλά εύγευστο νηστίσιμο φαγητό μπορεί να γίνει ως εξής:
 Δεν υπάρχουν σαφείς αναλογίες, μπορείτε να αυτοσχεδιάσετε.
Ανοίξτε μια συσκευασία κατεψυγμένα μύδια (με το κέλυφος). Ξεπλύνετε τα & τρίψτε τα με ένα βουρτσάκι. Στραγγίστε τα, πετάξτε αν τυχόν κάποια δεν άνοιξαν, κρατείστε την ψίχα & πετάξτε τα κελύφη. Τσιγαρίστε ψιλοκομμένο κρεμμύδι & πιπεριά με λίγο λάδι προσθέστε σάλτσα ντομάτας , αλάτι, πιπέρι, πάπρικα, λίγο ψιλοκομμένο μαϊντανό & ανάλογο νερό . Μόλις αρχίσει το βράσιμο προσθέτετε ανάλογο κριθαράκι & τα μύδια. Βράσιμο δέκα λεπτά & το φαγητό είναι έτοιμο. 
'A simple but delicious fasting food has be done as follows:
There are no clear proportions, you can improvise.
Open a package frozen mussels (in their shells). Rinse and scrub with a brush. Drain, discard if any one did not open, hold the pith and discard the shells. Saute chopped onion & peppers with a little oil, add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, a little chopped parsley and similar water. Once it starts boiling add analog orzo pasta & mussels. Boil ten minutes and the food is ready.

Oι Λαζαρίνες μικρά κορίτσια που φορώντας τα καλά τους ρούχα και κρατώντας στα χέρια τους καλάθια στολισμένα με λουλούδια περιέρχονται σπίτια & καταστήματα τραγουδώντας τα κάλαντα του Λαζάρου. Είναι οι Λαζαρίνες που μαζεύουν κεράσματα, αυγά, ζαχαρωτά & χρήματα. Το έθιμο στηρίζεται από τους τοπικούς φορείς & από το Δήμο που διεξάγει διαγωνισμούς για το ομορφότερο καλάθι & το καλύτερο τραγούδι.
