ΤΟ ΔΙΚΟ ΜΟΥ ΚΕΪΚ "ΝΤΟΥΜΠΑΙ" (MY "DUBAI" CAKE)

Επειδή η τελευταία γεύση της μόδας είναι η σοκολάτα Ντουμπάι, με κύριο συστατικό το πράσινο φυστίκι σκέφτηκα κι εγώ να κάνω το δικό μου γλυκό με έμπνευση την τρέχουσα μόδα στη ζαχαροπλαστική!!!!!! 

Χρησιμοποώντας την αγαπημένη μου φόρμα μαργαρίτα, έφτιαξα κέικ στις θήκες που το σιρόπιασα και αφού απορροφήθηκε το σιρόπι έκοψα κάθε πέταλο οριζόντια σε δύο τμήματα. με φυτικοβούτυρο από πράσινο φυστκι άλλαψα τα κμμένα μάφφινς ανά δύο. Από πάνω έγινε κάλυψη με λοιωμένη λευκή σοκολάτα ανα μεμειγμένη με λίγη μαρέγκα και μερικές σταγόνες κίτρινο χρώμ για να ομοιάζει με πέταλο λουλουδιού καθώς και λίγιοφιλέ αμύγδαλο.

Using my favorite margarita mold, I made cakes in the cases that I syruped and after the syrup was absorbed I cut each petal horizontally into two parts. with green peanut vegetable butter I changed the muffins in two. On top was covered with melted white chocolate mixed with a little meringue and a few drops of yellow food coloring to resemble a rose petal as well as a little almond fillet.

ΜΙΑ ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΗ ΓΙΟΡΤΗ ΓΙΑ ΤΟ ΜΑΡΤΗ ΣΤΗ ΣΗΜΕΡΙΝΗ ΙΣΗΜΕΡΙΑ (AN EXCEPTIONAL CELEBRATION FOR MARCH ON TODAY'S EQUINOX)

 

Σήμερα στο 5ο ΚΑΠΗ Τρικάλων έγινε μια εξαιρετική και πρωτότυπη γιορτή επί τη ευκαιρία της σημερινής ισημερίας , με σκοπό τη σύσφιξη των σχέσεων μεταξύ των παιδιών και της τρίτης ηλικίας. Μας επισκέφτηκε η Β΄Δημοτικού του γειτονικού 10ου δημοτικού σχολείου. Τα παιδάκια με την καθοδήγηση των δασκάλων τους κ. Γιάννας και κ. Δέσποινας μας τραγούδισαν τα παραδοσιακά "χελιδονίσματα", χόρεψαν τραγούδια γιό Μάρτη και έπαιξαν μαζί μας το παραδισιακό παχνίδι "Πετάει- πετάει" και μας χάρισαν τις ανοιξιάτικες ζωγραφιές τους. Αντίστοιχα τα διασκεδάσαμε με τραγούδια από τη χορωδία του ΚΑΠΗ  μας με μαέστρο τον Κ. Παναγιώτη και η Βαΐτσα Γούλα κι εγώ, τους μιλήσαμε για τα έθιμα του Μάρτη τα παλιά χρόνια . Επίσης η συντονιστική Επιτροπή του ΚΑΠΗ προσέφερε στα παιδιά καραμέλλες και γκοφρέττες καθώς και ζωγραφισμένα ξύλινα αυγά και πεταλούδες από πηλό που κατασκευάσαμε στα πλαίσια του μαθήματος χειροτεχνίας εγώ και η Έφη Ρουσιαμάνη. Τέλος η γιορτούλα μας τέλειωσε με την ευχή να ακολουθώσουν και άλλες τέτοιες ευχάριστες συναντήσεις.
